All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Our standard UK delivery method is Royal Mail First Class.

If there is an issue with the delivery of your item, please get in touch and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

We operate a no-quibble returns policy. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

  • Accepted items: New and opened or slightly used products

  • Return method: By post (return label provided for free download and print)

  • Exchanges: Available on all eligible products

  • Refund processing: Within 7 days of receiving the return

  • Restocking fees: None
